The Awareness Tool is coming soon!

Our innovative Awareness Tool equips educators to identify and address challenges, confront biases, and understand how these factors impact LGBTQIA+ learners' educational success. By personalizing learning objectives and pathways, we're empowering trainers to enhance their skills and foster inclusive teaching approaches. The Tool is the first step in our training programs, to enable staff members to become change agents, equipped to support LGBTQIA+ learners in their classrooms and inspire colleagues and organizations to do the same. This collaborative, interactive approach builds a supportive community of adult educators committed to fostering inclusivity and diversity.

Through extensive research and collaboration with experts, learners, and educators, we aim to deepen understanding of the unique contexts and challenges faced by adult LGBTQIA+ learners across our partnership and beyond. Alongside the Awareness Tool, we develop a glossary of LGBTQIA+ terms and a comprehensive Social Report.
